How buying & leasing works
Three ways to acquire a domain from this portfolio, each secured through Escrow.com so you never have to wire money directly to a stranger.
1. Browse and pick a domain
Filter the portfolio by category or status, and open any domain's page for full details, pricing, and lease terms.
2. Choose Buy Now, Lease-to-Own, or Lease
Buy Now transfers ownership immediately once funds are secured. Lease-to-Own spreads the cost over 6–24 months with a buyout option. Lease via Escrow.com is the lowest-commitment option — the domain is never transferred, and the deposit plus lease terms are held by Escrow.com throughout.
3. We set up a secured transaction
For Buy Now and lease buyouts, we open a transaction on Escrow.com — an independent, licensed third party that holds funds until the domain transfer is verified, protecting both sides of the deal.
4. Domain transfer
Once Escrow.com confirms funds are secured, we initiate the registrar transfer. Escrow.com releases payment once the transfer is confirmed complete.
